Pastor Patrick D. Foy, a man called to preach and teach the uncompromising word of God, has resided in California for over 20 years. Pastor Foy and his wife Kelley are the proud parents of two sons, Kellis, and Kellten. Pastor Foy acknowledged his call to the ministry in 1993 while attending the Greater Faith Baptist Church in Los Angeles, California under the leadership of Pastor Fred Autry.
Always willing to summit to the will of God, Pastor Foy heard and answered the call to relocate to Apple Valley, California in 1997. He and his family united with the Burning Bush Baptist Church of Victorville where Pastor Foy served as an associated minister under the leadership of Dr. David Denson, Jr.
In July 2000 Pastor Foy heard and answered the call to pastor a local church, and he became the Pastor of the United in Christ Baptist Church of Apple Valley where he still currently and lovingly serves as their Pastor. The Christian community in the High Desert has received this anointed man of God, evidenced by the support of the local churches and pastors in the area, and by the continuous growth of the congregation.
Pastor Foy has a distinct and refreshing way of preaching God’s Word. Many have come and have heard God speak through Pastor Foy. People have received Christ into their lives, while others have been convicted and their lives transformed by Pastor Foy’s down to earth manner in preaching the Good News.
He is a graduate from Winnsboro High school and he attended Grambling State University and Bethany Bible College. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Exodus School of the Bible. He is now attending and working towards his master’s degree at Harvest Bible University.
Pastor Foy teaches that through obedience and commitment, the believer develops a personal relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. Pastor Foy is committed to these principles and spiritual growth of all who follow his teachings is evident.
